We support residential, buy-to-let and commercial loans for regulated and non-regulated clients – including retail banks, building societies, specialist lenders, pension, hedge and private equity funds.

The results of our annual survey 2020

Every year we ask our mortgages clients, how are we doing? What’s going well, or not so well? How can we do better?

Despite 2020’s challenges, we are pleased to see that our clients scored us higher than ever in our ability to work with them and solve their problems.

They also told us what they need more of in 2021 which we’ve been working hard to deliver.

Some highlights for 2020:

  • 90% of our clients say we’ve been a great partner during the pandemic
  • 9.1 out of 10 scored on the service we delivered
  • Now at 84.2%, our client satisfaction edges the top quartile of the Satisfaction Index
  • 44.4% Net Promoter Score – nearly the top quartile of B2B financial service providers
